Women in STEM is a professional development organization that seeks to educate students about the unique challenges facing women in the STEM workforce and provide them with skills to manage these challenges. This includes access to a mentoring network of faculty, graduate students, undergraduate students to offer resources and support for the incoming class of women in science and technology fields.
