We are the Pre-medical Branch of the national organization: American Medical Women's Association. We sometimes stylize our name as American Medical Women’s Association: Pre-med Branch at UAB. Participation is not limited based on gender, and all are welcome. Our focus is empowering women by helping them reach their goals in the medical field. We specifically support undergraduate and post-bacc students who consider themselves to be pre-health.
