Coins For Cancer
Coins for Cancer at UAB aims to both financially and emotionally support cancer patients in the Birmingham area. We provide emotional support through events during which we write supportive letters and craft paintings, decorations, and gift baskets to be delivered to patients at the UAB's Palliative Care Unit. And we provide financial support through fundraiser events on campus where funds go towards covering treatment costs for patients.
