AID for ALS

Visit Group Website

AID for ALS at UAB is a student led non-profit organization. Our purpose is to fundraise to help discover treatments and a cure for ALS, and to serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest.

Along with affiliate groups at other distinguished universities, our UAB team recruits student volunteers and professionals, gathers supplies, to distribute to ALS patients and researchers. We will also locally volunteer towards efforts to further express our goals within our own community.

Our overall goal is to spread awareness about ALS.
