This in-person [MT419A] session of the AI Bootcamp Series is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) focused on two powerful Zoom AI Tools, Meeting Summary and My Notes. Whether you're hosting a meeting or joining as a participant, this session will walk you through best practices, real-world use cases, and hands-on practice so you leave feeling confident and ready to use these tools in your daily work.  

Heather LaBarbera from Zoom will join virtually to guide the session, answer questions, and work through the tools alongside participants in real time. Resources will be provided to support continued learning after the session.   

Make sure to bring your laptop to follow along with the demo and get hands-on practice. Participants can come and go as needed.

• Second Half: 2 pm - 3pm

    • Guided exercises using both tools 

    • Live support as you work through real scenarios 

    • Practice accessing your Meeting Summary, My Notes, and recordings directly from the Zoom Hub after the session 

  • Navigating the Zoom Hub 

    • The Zoom Hub is your central post-meeting destination — access your My Notes, Meeting Summaries, recordings, and other Zoom assets all in one place

    • How to make the Zoom Hub part of your regular post-meeting workflow
