About this Event
This is a virtual panel featuring Dr. Mary Bjornsti, Chair of the UAB Department of Pharmacology, Dr. Teresa Wilborn, Director of the Pharmacology module at the UAB School of Medicine, and Dr. Susan Black, Vicechairperson of the Department of Anesthesiology at the UAB School of Medicine.
This is our Fall installment of the Women in X Seminar series that we host to feature women in research, education and medicine within a particular field of science/medicine. We hope students in the virtual audience will feel inspired by these women in science and medicine, and we always encourage them to ask questions about the panelists' experiences with their career trajectories.
