Breaking the Glass Ceiling – taking on a new leadership role in medicine
This session will focus on when and how women take on new leadership roles. Panelists Dr. Rebekah Weil (Associate Professor of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine and Population Science), Dr. Erin Snyder (Division of General Internal Medicine and Population Science) and Dr. Dana Rizk (Division of Nephrology) will share their perspectives, advice, and lessons learned.
Women in Medicine (WIM) provides interactive sessions on topics important to women in medicine from the Department of Medicine in the HSOM. We share challenges and solutions, offer mentorship, and build community. We meet quarterly and all who are interested are welcome to attend.
