What's Going On In Your Mind?

This is a past event.

The purpose of this event is to demonstrate an outlet for expressing positive and negative emotions. Reading. Working out. Crying. Eating. These are some of the practices that residents might use to cope. However, writing out your emotions on pen and paper is also an effective method of coping with stressful times. The event is based on Learning Goal #1 (Wellbeing): Students will be able to define and pursue their personal wellbeing. More specifically, target 1.3 states that the student will be able to “engage in an envionment that aids the development of personal values, physical and mental health, as well as identity, spirituality, and moral development."
