Look past common topics to identify the uncommon areas that may be affecting your overall well-being. 

In this discussion we will be taking a different approach to talking about well-being by digging deeper and identifying specific areas to focus on in order to improve your sense of well-being. For example, everyone know that being social is an important aspect of well-being, but we rarely talk about the downfalls we run into in our social lives. By the end of this discussion you will have:

  • Identified areas in your life that may be having negative affects on your sense of well-being
  • Developed strategies to progressively address those areas to lead to a healthier sense of well-being
