It's especially valuable for public and nonprofit sector professionals who need to make complex information more accessible. No advanced technical skills are required, though a basic familiarity with Excel will be helpful.
After completing this workshop, participants will evaluate different types of data and select the appropriate visual formats (e.g., bar charts, line graphs, scatter plots, etc.) based on the message and context. They will be able to create purposeful data visualizations using Microsoft Excel, and they will leave with a template for building different charts.
