About this Event
Social-emotional health and wellness are critical for learning and productivity. Take some time for yourself to recharge and connect with fellow educators, while also learning some valuable strategies to help you and your students refocus and manage the day-to-day challenges in the classroom. All three presenters are certified as Yoga and Mindfulness Educators who will take you through a guided yoga and breathing session, while also sharing resources and curriculum connections that you can use in your classroom to support a peaceful, kind, and healthy classroom learning environment.
