About this Event
Take a moment from your busy day to practice the art of mindfulness. EACC Counselors will lead two virtual mindfulness sessions each week via Zoom to help you achieve a state of alert and focused relaxation. Mindfulness has proven effective in reducing stress, decreasing anxiety and depression, and improving overall health and wellbeing. No equipment is necessary — just find a quiet place and bring your mind.
This free program is open to all UAB, UAB Medicine, VIVA Health & Homewood City School System employees and members of their immediate household.
