About this Event
Join EACC counselor Carrie May for a check-in on upcoming demands on your work, personal or social life. This art exercise takes you on a deeper dive to understand your own emotions and what you do (and do not) have control over. No art experience needed to participate.
Please have paper and markers, colored pencils or paints ready prior to joining the session, or feel free to use computer software for art creation.
EACC programs are free and open to employees and members of their immediate household.
