DESCRIPTION:About this Session \nLearners will use new knowledge gained by 
 completing the True Colors Assessment to better relate to others who do not
  share their "color spectrum."  \n\nWhat You'll Learn \nBy the end of this 
 session\, you will be able to: \n1) Discover how the True Colors Assessment
  uses a metaphor of color to describe different patterns of behavior in the
  workplace and beyond.  \n2) Identify ones own brightest and palest color a
 ccording to the True Colors Assessment.  \n3) Identify 2 or 3 characteristi
 cs of each of the four True Color Profiles. \n4) Commit to 2 to 3 behaviors
  that will help one better align\, connect\, and understand colleagues at w
