About this Session
Learners will use new knowledge gained by completing the True Colors Assessment to better relate to others who do not share their "color spectrum."

What You'll Learn
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
1) Discover how the True Colors Assessment uses a metaphor of color to describe different patterns of behavior in the workplace and beyond.
2) Identify ones own brightest and palest color according to the True Colors Assessment.
3) Identify 2 or 3 characteristics of each of the four True Color Profiles.
4) Commit to 2 to 3 behaviors that will help one better align, connect, and understand colleagues at work (or others at home).
