This in-person [MT419A] session, is a practical, easy-to-understand personality assessment grounded in temperament theory. By increasing awareness of differing communication styles, values, motivations, and stress responses, participants build greater capacity to work effectively with people who think and operate differently than they do. This understanding supports stronger day-to-day performance, productivity, and relationships at work, school, and in personal and social settings.  

What You'll Learn 
By the end of this session, you will be able to: 
1) Complete a True Colors Assessment.  
2) Analyze color profiles within the True Colors framework.  
3) Reflect upon one's brightest color, color combo, and palest colors and how each is recognized in day-to-day activity.  
4) Apply knowledge of True Colors for life scenarios and through entertaining activities.
