- Ask specific questions to a certain project which include but aren’t limited to asking how to do a scene, what forms are needed for a production, how to use a piece of equipment or how to use a certain program.
- Give members a time to brainstorm their project idea with others and connect with others that want to be on their team
- Give members a set time to work on their project each week
