Small Group Training - Strong Curves

Strong Curves is a 4-week small group training program that introduces the 12 week Strong Curves training program created by Bret Contreras, or "The Glute Guy." Our personal trainer, Skip, will teach the proper form for the movements associated with the program, and you will complete lower body workouts twice a week.
