Dario Valenzano, Ph.D., Full Professor at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena (Germany) and Senior Researcher at the Leibniz Institute on Aging (Fritz-Lippman Institute), will present a lecture titled: "African killifish shed light on evolution and modulation of vertebrate lifespan." Co-Hosts are Drs. Steven Austad and Thomas Buford, and it is sponsored by the UAB Nathan Shock Center of Excellence in the Basic Biology of Aging.
