About this Event
The UAB Journaling Club is a new community that uses writing as a tool to enhance one’s well-being. Join our popular and growing community and learn about common misperceptions and strategies about the journaling experience. Dr. Megan Hays will lead a brief discussion about the benefits of journaling and about her personal experience. Our seasoned writing coach, Salaam Green, will help you transform problem-storing into problem-solving actions using journaling prompts that write them away! Bring a friend with you to the session!
