About this Event
Please join the Office of Advancement's presentation of "UAB During the Civil Rights Movement" as we hear from Tim Pennycuff, Associate Professor (University Libraries) and University Archivist. Tim will share about UAB's involvement during the Civil Rights Movement and will discuss the pre-movement environment in Birmingham and Alabama and how the conditions changed into the late 1960s during the immediate post-movement years.
