Mental Health Monday: Workplace Wellness

Since the height of the pandemic record numbers of workers have left their jobs in what has been deemed the “Great Resignation.” People are citing burnout and the need for an increased work-life balance among other factors. What is employee wellness? What do people need at work? Why does it matter? We will address these questions and examine how intentional arts programming can support employee well-being.

Featuring: Salaam Green, Dr. Laurence Boitet, and Dr. Tami Long.

Presented by UAB Arts in Medicine.
