In this virtual [Zoom] session of the UAB Journaling Club Series, participants explore how journaling offers a simple way to pause and reflect on our experiences. Through journaling, we can deepen self-awareness, quiet the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with what matters most. Join us as we explore how putting pen to paper can become a meaningful outlet that helps us uncover purpose in our experiences.
