In this virtual [Zoom] session of the UAB Journaling Club Series, participants focus on how personal strengths and gratitude practices can support overall well-being and reduce stress. Participants will identify key strengths and consider ways to apply them more efficiently in daily work and life. The session also covers practical methods for incorporating gratitude to promote a more positive outlook.
