DESCRIPTION:The UAB Journaling Club is a community that uses writing as a w
 ellness tool. Come join us and go from overthinking to creative thinking. 
 Our seasoned writing coach\, Salaam Green\, will help you transform proble
 m-storing into problem-solving actions using journaling prompts that write
  them away!  Bring a friend with you to the session! \n\nA time of dis
 cussion after the writing segment The journaling club will take place quar
 terly for 90 minutes You do not have to be a great writer to be a part of 
 the UAB journaling community Note: Zoom Meetings are limited to 300 partic
 ipants. Registration does not guarantee entry if the room is already full.
  Entry into the Zoom room is first come\, first served. The session will b
 e recorded and provided to all registrants in the event you are not permit
 ted to enter the Zoom meeting.\n\nCourse Length: 1 hour \n\nUAB Learning &
