Every Friday in June at noon, UAB Arts in Medicine is bringing music, movement, and joy to the North Pavilion Atrium for a 15-minute pop-up dance session designed especially for healthcare staff.
We’ll kick things off with a quick warm up and then jump right into some crowd favorites:
- Boots on the Ground
- Cha Cha Slide
No pressure. No choreography lessons. Just a chance to step away, move a little, laugh a lot, and recharge before heading back to your day.
