True Colors

This is a past event.

Learners will use new knowledge gained by completing the True Colors assessment to better relate to others who do not share their “Color Spectrum.” 

Key Take-Aways:

  • Explain how the True Colors assessment uses a metaphor of color to describe different patterns of behavior in the workplace and beyond.
  • Identify one’s own BRIGHTEST and PALEST color according to the True Colors assessment.
  • Identify 2 or 3 characteristics of each of the four True Color profiles.
  • Commit to 2 to 3 behaviors that will help one better align, connect, and understand colleagues at work (or others at home)
