Tips for Successful Online Course Delivery - Communication
About this Event
This workshop covers the skills required for the successful delivery of online content. Participants will discuss faculty and students' misconceptions around online teaching and learning and the challenges of online content delivery. Participants will learn about the impact of the following: good course planning, components of an online course syllabus, and the importance of building online communities for student success. The facilitators will share tips for increasing interaction and engagement in online courses. The workshop is a great opportunity for participants to learn about the various resources and support services available through UAB.
