Therapeutic Art Group: Love Mandala
About this Event
Participants will create a mandala to represent how they love in their life — how they love themselves and how they love others — in this session with UAB Employee Assistance & Counseling Center Counselor Carrie May. No art experience needed.
Please have paper and markers, colored pencils or paints ready prior to joining the session, or feel free to use computer software for art creation.
EACC programs are free and open to employees, and members of their immediate household.
