Dr. Robert Blanton, chair of the UAB Department of Political Science and Public Administration, will moderate a panel discussion by Dr. Renato Corbetta, Director of the International Studies Program; Dr. George Liber, retired professor in the Department of History; Dr. Peter Verbeek, Director of the Anthropology of Peace and Human Rights program; Scotty Colson, Honorary Consul for Ukraine to Alabama, and Dr. Tina Kempin Reuter, director of the Institute for Human Rights.
