Monday, February 12, 2024 7pm to 8pm
About this Event
It's often a way we say "I love you" or even "I'm sorry." But, as we'll discover as part of The Science of Chocolate: Melting the History and Science, chocolate is so much more than that!
During this webinar, Dr. Lizzy Davis will explore the history and science behind this delightfully delectable food.
Did you know, chocolate was once considered the food of the gods? Not only that, but it has also been used for medicinal purposes.
During The Science of Chocolate, Dr. Davis will take a look at what makes chocolate so special by listing the process of making chocolate, how its nutrients differ among types, and identify basic kitchen techniques for choosing and working with chocolate.
