Most large organizations no longer question the relevance of diversity, equity and inclusion. Instead, they proclaim commitment to inclusion.  This session will explore factors that prevent inclusion from taking root in the supply chain. Participants will leave with specific strategies to help advance the adoption of inclusionary practices within their departments and organizations.
