A collaboration between the UAB Center for Neuroengineering and Brain-Computer Interfaces and GLOBAL AI EXCELLENCE (GAIX). The AI-Ready Hospital workshop equips healthcare leaders, clinicians, and researchers with the critical frameworks needed to navigate this complex landscape. Through real-world Harvard case studies—including an in-depth analysis of AI implementation at a leading European academic medical center—participants will explore the successes, failures, and hard-won lessons from the frontlines of healthcare AI adoption.
