The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is committed to facilitating discussion and self-reflection on complex and challenging diversity, equity and inclusion topics. The Talk Matters: Talking About... series will engage UAB faculty and staff members in interactive dialogue. 

The goal is for each participant to learn about themselves and others, and ultimately feel equipped to bring their experience and new knowledge back to their workplace and community.
