The UAB Staff Council, in conjunction with UAB Organizational Learning and Development, will sponsor the final session in a series of career development forums titled, “Taking Charge of Your Career.” The purpose of these three interactive and educational sessions is to introduce staff members to their options regarding career growth and development.

Grounded in leadership development, best practices, and industry research, these staff professionals will provide insight into taking charge of your personal career.
