During this webinar, UAB Employee Wellness Specialist Emily Marszalek will explore the impact of engaging in physical exercise has on mental health while explaining how it stimulates the release of hormones that positively influence the brain.

Additionally, we'll learn about the immediate and long-lasting benefits of regular physical activity as we gain practical strategies that will help us include more movement into our daily routine.
