The University of Alabama at Birmingham provides reasonable modifications for student and accommodations for employees experiencing pregnancy or pregnancy-related conditions. This workshop is designed to equip faculty and staff with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively support these individuals. By attending, faculty and staff will gain a deeper understanding of how to navigate complex situations and ensure that students receive reasonable modifications and employees receive the accommodations they need to fully participate in academic and workplace activities.
