 esearch Design: Participants discuss strategies for designing feasible and
  ethically sound clinical studies that address real-world treatment and pr
 evention challenges. Emphasis is placed on integrating patient-centered ou
 tcomes and leveraging community partnerships.Policy and Practice Integrati
 on: Faculty mentors provide insight into translating scientific findings i
 nto actionable policy recommendations\, including ways to engage stakehold
 ers and communicate evidence effectively.Funding Opportunities: Attendees 
 review current NIH and foundation funding mechanisms for clinician-scienti
 sts\, including early career awards\, pilot grants\, and training mechanis
 ms. The group shares tips on proposal framing\, interdisciplinary collabor
 ation\, and aligning projects with funding priorities.Networking and Mento
 rship: The group highlights the value of continued peer connection\, cross
