In this in-person [MT419A] session participants will explore StrengthsFinder, a scientifically-backed tool to help you identify your top strengths. By know your strengths, you can identify and maximize what motivates and energizes you.  

Program Pre-Work 
This program does have required pre-work. You must pick up your Clifton StrengthsFinder book with Learning & Development. This book contains a code for an assessment that you will need to complete prior to the session. Books can be picked up with Learning & Development located in: 

  • Medical Towers 
  • 1717 11th Ave S 
  • Birmingham, AL 35294 
  • Room Number: MT421 

NOTE: If you do not pick up your Clifton StrengthsFinder book prior to the session, you will forfeit your enrollment in the session. 

What You'll Learn 
By the end of this session, you will be able to: 
1) Understand yourself and how you are naturally gifted. 
2) Understand the Clifton Strengths/Strengths Finder Assessment. 
3) Begin to create to leverage your talents on the job.
