Join the Cardiovascular Health Association in "Steps per Beat" to promote cardiovascular health by encouraging physical activity.
Participants will compete to procure the highest number of steps in a week, and the person with the most steps will win a prize. The participants will be required to submit a screenshot of their step count.
You must RSVP to officially participate. More information/rules will be sent out to the registered participants via email.
