In this virtual [Zoom] session, staff review organizational expectations as they relate to the campus side of UAB's Performance Evaluation process. Participants analyze key steps in the process that include pre-process reflections, self-evaluation preparation steps, submission details for the UAB Perform App and how best to advocate for themselves and plan for valuable evaluation conversation with their supervising leadership. 

Disclaimer: This program content is designed specifically around the UAB Campus Performance Evaluation Cycle. While UAB Medicine employees are welcome to attend, please note that certain elements may not align with UAB Medicine's evaluation process.  

What You'll Learn
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
1) Describe the people-centered performance management process at UAB. 
2) Identify elements of an effective performance evaluation & conversation.
3) Review and apply tools and practices.
