Join the Graduate School & Global Affairs as we discuss issues impacting women today and share ideas on how to address those issues. Grab a cup of tea (or coffee) and a pastry, and enjoy hearing from our distinguished panel of esteemed female leaders representing various units across campus. The panelists include Dr. Janet Woodruff-Borden, Dr. Paulette Dilworth, Dean Kecia Thomas, and Dr. Mona Foaud. Dean Shadi Martin will moderate the discussion.

In addition to the panel discussion, each table will feature amazing representatives from various backgrounds on campus. You will have the opportunity to meet and connect with many outstanding faculty, staff, students, and postdoctoral fellows. Following 45 minutes to an hour of panel discussion, there will be 30 minutes of social networking.

The event is open to all UAB community.
