Join us for an interesting conversation about child soldiers and their harrowing lived experiences. We will have a chance to hear from James Lual Atak, who will share with us his experiences as a child soldier and how he's now protecting others.

James is the Founder and Executive Director of New Life Ministry (NLM) in Darfur. Working alongside LUV and OFC, in 2015, NLM became the founding member of the anti-trafficking network in Sudan and South Sudan. For his years of dedication to transforming lives in warzones, James was awarded the Tanenbaum Peacemaker in Action award in 2018.
