DESCRIPTION:Join us for a conversation about the constitutional protections
  of free speech and peaceful assembly\, with attention to recent public dem
 onstrations and community responses in Minnesota. We will discuss how these
  First Amendment rights function in practice\, the legal limits of protest\
 , and the ongoing challenge of balancing public order with the freedom to e
 xpress collective concerns in a democratic society. Leading the conversatio
 n will be Dr. Carrie Booth Walling\, Director of the Human Rights Program a
 t the University of Minnesota. \n\nPlease pay attention to the change in ti
