Join us for our first Social Justice Cafe of the semester, as we explore Venezuelan politics. Speakers Clementina Bayot-Hiteshew and Maria Mercedes Gutierrez will explore the electoral and migration crises in Venezuela and the impact it has on the country's democracy. Activities Statement: The purpose of all UAB Institute for Human Rights (IHR) programs, activities, and endeavors is to foster collaboration, scholarly exchange, and academic learning related to human rights.
