This in-person [MT419A] program is intended for emerging and aspiring leaders, those who are looking to be promoted to a people-leader position, or those who have been identified as having high potential for future people-leader roles in the near future.
NOTE: This course has a max of 40 seats. Once full, you can still enroll to join the waiting list and be notified if any seats become vacant.
What You'll Learn
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
1) Explore the individual contributor mindset and how it differs from a leader's mindset.
2) Practice behaviors that grow our self-awareness and drive connection.
3) Match influence strategies to a variety of case study scenarios.

Description: Work together to apply concepts, solve problems, and create actionable outcomes.
