About this Event
Let's take a look at 2023. Participants will explore the highs and lows of the past year, in this virtual self care session with EACC Counselor Karen Coats.
Materials needed: One to two sheets of copy paper and participant's choice of writing tool.
EACC programs are free and open to all employees and members of their immediate household.
