Self Care Studio: Thankful, Through Thick & Thin
About this Event
The Self Care Studio is a collaboration between the UAB Employee Assistance & Counseling Center and the Institute for Arts in Medicine that offers space for staff to enhance their creativity and focus on their personal wellness.
Nov. 17 Session: AIM Artist-in-Residence Haleigh Black will play pieces centered around thankfulness on the violin and guide participants in giving thanks for the many good aspects of their lives. Materials needed — writing utensil and paper.
EACC virtual programs are open to all UAB employees and members of their immediate family.
