About this Event
Join Becca Impello, physical therapist and yoga instructor, for a session of yoga and mindfulness featuring breath work, stretching, balance exercises and relaxation techniques aimed at bringing more balance to the breath, body and mind. Variations will be offered so each participant can adjust for their own level and comfort. Materials needed: A non-rolling chair.
EACC programs are free and open to employees and members of their immediate household.
