Explore the space between an inhale and exhale, between stillness and movement, between thought and action. Participants will use mindfulness exercises to identify physical sensations and thought patterns, and learn to implement tools to balance what arises through breath and movement, in this gentle chair yoga practice with EACC yoga instructor Ashley Clarke. 

Please use a non-rolling chair for safety. No previous experience necessary.

EACC programs are free and open to employees and members of their immediate household.
